How Does Cryotherapy & EMS Work?
Cryotherapy exposes the body to extreme cold, in focused areas or as a whole, to push its healing processes into overdrive.
Cooled to two degrees Celsius over 50 to 60 minutes, the fat cells beneath the skin stop working. Other cells are unaffected. The treated fat cells crystallise and die, and over the following three months your body processes and eliminates them naturally.
